The restaurant is moving this year. From Le Mont-Dore, it will move to La Bourboule, opening its doors in the summer of 2024. Thomas and Laura will continue to offer a true tribute to traditional cuisine, featuring local produce with a modern twist. The menu varies according to market produce and the inspiration of chef Thomas Perron. Enough to surprise and delight your taste buds! Service is in harmony with quality, efficient and smiling. Wines from Auvergne and elsewhere are selected by Laura Donvito.
