Super expérience dans ce restaurant étoilé.
Les plats sont bien cadencés, et on trouve une belle harmonie dans les différentes textures proposées, beaucoup de saveur et de légèreté dans les sauces sans alourdir les plats.
L’accord des boissons sans alcool est juste superbe au vu de ce que les enfants ont eu.

Very nice restaurant, small and elegant. The menu was good and food really tasty. The chef was kind enough to replace the meat with a very good and fresh fish.
However, the service was not the best, for this type of restaurant I expected more, we have better in Strasbourg.

Мне было вкусно, блюда были привычными, но интересными. Очень понравился горячий десерт. Рыба и мясо были нежными, красная капуста не понравилась, шоколадный десерт тоже.
Но больше всего не понравилось, что официанты болтали между собой и прямо в зале обсуждали гостей - это было заметно.. тактичнее будет делать это после того как гости уже уйдут)
В целом от ресторана со звездой мишлен я ожидала большего. Мы бывали в ресторанах из гида Мишлен где было вкуснее, дешевле и все реально старались доставить тебе удовольствие)
В общем второй раз бы не пришла

My husband and I went for lunch and had the 6 course tasting menu with wine paring. Everything was top tier. From the food, atmosphere, and staff. Please try this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
