New address for the Crossfit Strasbourg which now welcomes you in Cronenbourg, 10 min from the centre of Strasbourg. It is in their new 1 200 m ² box that Loïc, founder of Crossfit Strasbourg, and his team of graduate coaches offer you an innovative training method to develop strength, strength, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Works's training is called Works Of the Day (W.O.D), a part of which will warm to acquire the technique and a part of high intensity exercises.
