Some consider that pizzas made with wood fire are the best in the city: it's up to you to get an idea, at least there's no shortage of choices! Every day, the menu is completed with a special dish of the day, and here again, the chef is well inspired. That week in particular, pork cheeks candied in red wine, beef bourguignon and tuna poached in court-bouillon.
