If you've only got one meal to eat in Port Said, the Borg is the place to go. This fish restaurant is renowned for its exceptional finesse. Start with the fish soup, enriched with pieces of crab and dates. Then ask for a cicada de mer, a smaller version of a crayfish, to be baked with oil and lemon. A few plump king prawns and you're all set. All this will be accompanied by a host of exquisite mezze, and often the owner will offer you a fish amuse-bouche.
