The menu is based on traditional local dishes whose creativity is to be commended: special couscous, aubergines, pomegranate sauce, baked lentils, dates to accompany dishes or as nectars to drink. It must be said that dates and olives are the star products of the region! The pita bread is homemade and the cooking is made from local and organic products.
