In love with Luxor for many years, Ernst and Babett Wenk left their native Germany to settle there and become glaciers. Based on water buffalo milk, their ice creams are made only from natural local products, both for sugar and fruit. The flavours change throughout the year, but there are always about fifteen flavours available, including tasty gingerbread, peanut butter or hibiscus. The owners are at least as delicious as their ice cream... A must try!
