Hotel-restaurant with a rooftop terrace with less expensive rooms, all different, charming and well equipped.

The Zenji Hotel in the Malindi district is a very friendly place, run by a Zanzibari-Dutch couple. Nine rooms furnished in a charming local style, well-equipped (air-conditioning, fan, safe, wifi...), most with a balcony. The less expensive rooms have a separate bathroom; en suite rooms are more or less spacious. The breakfast served on the hotel's roof terrace is delicious, with homemade tropical fruit jams. We regret that the place is noisy because of the traffic. Restaurant highly recommended.
