We had an amazing experience with the svai team. We were pretty late in making our reservations, so we weren’t expecting a lot. But even before the trip we loved the amount of time and attention to detail given towards the planning of the trip. The brainstorming process helped us understand our needs as well. All the chosen properties were amazing, everything was super smooth. They were super accommodating to our needs (such as vegetarianism) and made sure all the properties were aware before hand. All the tours and airport pick ups and drop offs were planned without fail. The team was available on WhatsApp and call for any last min changes / needs.
Shoutout to our guide for the game drives - Elisha - for his patience, knowledge and hard work in helping us have some amazing experiences at the bush!
Thank you again to the team - highly recommend.

We had a great time through our holiday. The entire planning by SVAI was very smooth and thought out. We were in touch with Priyal a few months before this trip, where she helped us create a custom itinerary that matched our budgets and all other requirements. Basis our needs, she happily made iterations until we locked on one that worked best for us. She booked all our flights, safaris, stay, transportation, transit flights etc. We literally had to just show up. The entire team is super friendly and always a phone call away. They spent a lot of time answering all our questions and doubts.

Priyal met us in Dar-e-salaam and took us out for a nice meal. Everything was actually perfect. This was one of the best holidays we've been for. I would highly recommend you go through SVAI when planning to visit any place in Africa. They are truly experts and extremely warm and accommodating at every step of the way.

We booked our Tanzania trip with SVAI Luxe Escapes, and honestly speaking, it's been one of the best package holidays I have been on in a very long time. SVAI was super organised, professional, and looked after us at every step of the way. Their communication skills were amazing especially in the early planning stages to help us understand what our options are and how best to make use of the time we have. They were also very understanding and supported our decision to postpone due to Covid, especially as we had elderly parents in the group

We booked a 12 day trip with SVAI, with a pick-up in Arusha, then game drives in Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, and Serengeti, and then a few days in a lovely 5* resort in Zanzibar, with a Stone Town tour - This holiday was promised as an 'unforgettable trip', and I can honestly say, the team delivered from start to finish, going above and beyond. This holiday with my family will not be forgotten for a very long time thanks to SVAI Luxe Escapes ????

Used SVAI for Safari in Tanzania. They planned my itinerary and booked all accommodation and transport. My driver was super friendly and knowledgeable and was great at spotting game.
All the hotels they selected were unique and beautiful in their own way. One of the best experiences ever. Highly recommend!

Priyal and her team put together a bespoke itinerary for our holiday to Tanzania. It was a luxury tour through the serengeti and then on to zanzibar. I was recommended options of hotels which Priyal had extensive knowledge of and were perfect choices for us as Priyal understood completely what we wanted (I am quite fussy!) Svai is a very professional, friendly travel company and are always there to help whatever little question I had. I am from the uk and booked with svai from recommendation and they are a safe company to use in Tanzania. I recommend svai 100% if you want a perfect, smooth running holiday. Just a wonderful company to deal with.

The travel was as smooth as it could be, we explored Zanzibar and the towns. Everything was well organised and the plan was itinerary was immaculate. Priyal and the SVAI team has proven to be very courteous and helpful from the very beginning. A huge Thankyou to Priyal & the SVAI team.

Svai Luxe Escapes

we booked bushes to beach package with Priyal ( Ngongoro, Tarangire and Zanzibar). first we were nervous about Tanazania trip as we have three young children and weren’t sure about hotels, safari vehicles, drivers, flight and so on but from very first phone call with Priyal put us at ease. She explained the whole tour and our options with her recommendations and tips. Priyal and her team ensured our trip was as comfortable as possible. My wife is vegetarian so Priyal ensured her meal options were available at all hotels, she even kept us informed about flight delays and rebooking in timely manner so we don’t end up waiting for hours at the airport. She was already available on text messages or emails to answer questions and any other advice we needed, we highly recommend Svai Luxe to anyone who wishes effortless, hassle free, action packed holidays in Africa!! Kudos to Priyal and her team for job well done… thank you!!
