We can highly recommend the Kili climb with Kilele Climb. Everything was very well organised and the team was great. We climbed the Rongai Route and descended via the Marangu Route. We had a day of acclimatisation on Mawenzi. The Kilele Climb team was very well organised and gave us great support with everything. We felt that we were in good hands. Many thanks to Kilele Climb for making this adventure of climbing Kilimanjaro possible for us.

Kilimanjaro August 2023
We started from the Rongai Gate (team of 12 hikers) and had the mountain to ourselves until camp 5. Beautiful weather the entire 5 days to the summit, base camps were all well organized, food was excellent, Tanzanian guides and porters went out of their way to make our hike a memorable experience. When the airline didn’t deliver my gear, Becky Alexander at Kilele Tours called the airline and airport and took ownership of my delivery. Went from a potential disaster to a grateful client! Acclimatization, hydration and outstanding guides are key to a successful summit. I highly recommend Kilele Tours and Summit Climb for a trip of a lifetime!

Kilimanjaro / Meru / Safari
Kilele Climb Tour has organized for us the ascent of Meru and Kilimanjaro as well as the subsequent safari tours. Everything worked out perfectly and Rebecca took care of it very nicely.
The ascent of Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho Route and Western Breach/Arrow Glacier Route was very impressive. An experience that we will certainly carry with us for a long time. The whole Kilele team contributed a lot to this beautiful experience. The whole team was extremely friendly and helpful, a very collegial atmosphere in the team could be felt. We felt in good hands. The camp was always set up in a beautiful place and we were always well cooked, always plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit. Our guides took care of us attentively, so we made the ascent well and happily reached Uhuru Peak. Thank you very much for everything. Also that we were able to meet such lovable and interesting people.

First time in tanzania and definitely not the last time
We just came back from our trip to Mount Kilimanjaro via Rongai route. It was an unbelievable experience.
Everything was well organized.
Throughout the trekking, the food that was provided exceeded our expectations (high variety of meals, also snacks for the hiking were daily provided). Every morning we were woken up with a cup of coffee in our tent. The whole team made us feel very comfortable and looked after our well-being.
After we reached Gilman’s point I started feeling my limits. Yitzhack didn't hesitate to give me his jacket even though it was terribly cold and windy. What a selflessness gesture!
Reaching Uhuru peak sets you free indeed. All of it would not be possible without Kilele-team, thanks to Yitzhack, Michael, the excellent cook and the rest of the team!
Thank you very much guys!

Journey of an Adventure
Equipment 4/5
Professionalism 5/5
Food 5/5 (ask for Magic Mike)
Tour design 4/5 (good acclimatization)
Personal 5/5 (Michael inspiring as guide)

I got altitude sickness for 6 days during the tour and lay flat one night with diarrhea and vomiting.

The team with their experience and the good food have pampered me within a day.

The ascent evening 22:30 start was indescribable. I felt like giving up 10x, but Michael motivated me and the moment of reaching the top - indescribable.

We did a Safari during the pandemic and it was the best one we ever had. Asu and Victor made this trip unforgettable. The food was amazing and we have seen nearly every animal which ist possible. So if you need a friendly, motivated and flexible Safaricrew we can recommend you Kilele Climb Tours.

Despite the current corona pandemic, we were able to start our trip to Tanzania. At the airport we were warmly welcomed by our two guides, Freddy and Yithzack. First we went on a one-week safari, we started in Tarangire National Park, drove on to the Serengeti, made a stop at the Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara on the way back.
The English of the two guides was very good, we learned a lot about the wildlife, nature, culture and people in Tanzania and even a little bit of Swahili ;-)
After the safari we climbed successfully Kilimanjaro via the Mawenzi route within seven days. It was a unique experience for us to hike through the different vegetation zones of the region.
The two of us had a very experienced and professional crew with porters, a cook and two mountain guides. Great attention was paid to safety and hygiene at all times, which is why we can highly recommend a trip to Tanzania at the moment.
