Nous avons l'habitude de partir et préférons utiliser les agences locales (cela nous évite de payer les intermédiaires français qui ne servent pas à grand chose). Le plus de Hotsun, c'est vraiment d'avoir un contact rassurant avec Stéphanie en France pour préparer son voyage.
Nous avons choisi d'effectuer un voyage avec des lodges plutôt haut de gamme et Stéphanie s'est adaptée à notre demande. Sur place, nous étions ravis de notre chauffeur, Samuel et de notre guide en français, Thomas. Tous deux se sont vraiment mis en quatre pour nous faire plaisir, adaptant les horaires à nos envies et rediscutant planning et activités chaque jour. La voiture était très confortable ce qui est aussi très important dans un safari.
Nous avons terminé à Zanzibar où l'agence partenaire a eu la gentillesse de nous trouver une solution pour laver notre linge sans passer par les tarifs prohibitifs des hôtels.
Un magnifique voyage qui s'est déroulé sans encombre. Nous recommandons définitivement Hotsun pour tous ceux qui hésitent.
L'usage de Hotsun suppose de faire un virement en dollars sur un compte tanzanien, ce qui est parfois un peu compliqué pour une banque Lambda et je recommande alors les services de Xendpay qui fait le virement à des taux défiant toute concurrence.

nous revenons de safari du 16 au 26/07/2016 avec HOTSUN SAFARI..que dire c'était magnifique un grand merci à tous : a Stephanie pernet qui nous a concocté notre voyage selon nos exigences (reptrésente France à Lyon) : [email protected] : toujours à l'écoute et qui a assuré un suivi lors de notre périple !!!Chichi notre chauffeur anglophone et Soulimane notre guide francophone et macamba (jimmy) notre cuisto une équipe de choc !!!! autant pour le bien être que pour l'organisation ou la recherche d'animaux !!!!
Nous sommes partis ave 2 enfants (9 et 4 ans), Souliman nous attendait à l'aéroport avec son fameux "hacouna matata" trop sympa !!!
nous avons fait la forêt de Rau et le parc d'Arusha : c'était très interessant et nous avons vu plein d'animaux; ensuite nous sommes allez au Tarangire : moments inoubliables avec les éléphants qui passent près de nous, les babouins qui bloquent la route les girafes que l'on pouvaient presque toucher !!!!puis serengeti et ngorogoro : plus grands parcs avec des paysages a couper le soufle !!! nous avons fait le big 4 ..les rhinos étaient cachés !!! mais sans regret !ce sont vraiment des vacances inoubliables !!!!
nous avons préféré faire lodge/camp site/guest house mais nous ne regrettons rien !!!!!

It is not easy to choose an agency when you want to make a Safari.
The budget is quite important we always hope to have made the right choice until the day of departure.
Now that you lived Hotsun, we can say it high and strong, it is a safe bet and for most hesitant you can sign with your eyes closed you won't find a better value for money.
We had a super welcome and excellent pickup.
Edgard our guide was just adorable, nice and full of humour. We have a lot of laughs, joked much and inevitably human links were created. " Edgard you are ruined for you are now in our heads and our hearts with life! and for sure we will give you our news! "
Jimmy our chef, professional until the end of the gates made us good light meals each day and on our request made us local dishes. It accepted for one of his dishes that I help it allowing me to remake it at home with the great delight of my husband (who during this time learned how to make fire with masa lake Natron: -)).
Andrew driver handed over backwards to please us.
But the most Hotsun it is than they helped us beyond their contract without wanting to ask and that affected us much.
We were finally safari with a return to Arusha. Having to Dar Es Salaam bus the following day we asked them whether it could leave us in Moshi (you spent there since our last night at masa) what saved us 1:30 bus!
They have accepted without worries and while you spent a good time at masa, Samuel (one of the people of the Hotsun team) us has reserved for next day evening (which we chose) and travelled to the station to find us our bus tickets for our return to Dar. Just brilliant! Especially when you know what a galley awaits you to buy these famous bus tickets! (one needs food to understand it, we have beautiful used to make backpack, there hang you!)
One was super back that saved time!
At the hotel we warmly thank Edgard and Samuel and let us ask where we can find an Internet cafe because we wanted to empty our menu SD on our hard drive.
They offer us to go directly to Hotsun they we will place a computer available (bloody nice and really not obliged!). It is agreed that Samuel will pick us at 14:00 to bring us to the agency.
On site we meet Ally manager! It offers us to use the laptop on which he is working! My husband and me a little bothered, we refuse do not want to fooled its kindness.
But Ally insists.
At the time of making the transfer of the photographs (tremendously of giga), the computer announces us a transfer time one hour! We explain the case with Ally and shine to say that we do not want to mobilize his computer for an hour, it needs some work. Ali guarantees us that does not disturb! Super nice!
During this time we chat and let us not see last time from one resort from the agency 1:30 later after the end of the transfer!
Ally is really a good person and nice word is not enough to define it!
We had read a lot of course it on the forums but we did not imagine that it was at this point!
If everyone were hard worker as Ally with the same state of mind the world would turn much rounder…
We reach the hotel, it is agreed that Samuel will pick us the following day at 5:30 am to leave us with the bus! (I reminder that our safari had ended the day before in the morning and Hotsun had fills up high hand his contract. Never seen! Imagine a moment that you are going to the hotel, you pay for a single room with no reason no or complete one offers a suite with breakfast and transfer to the airport! If it is not custom-made then the custom-made does not exist! )
In short the following day very specific Samuel will pick us (and yes in work African is very specific (or at least Tanzanians for the rest I don't know) Friendly clichés hello!) and there surprised Ally accompanies it! Too nice. It even sit in the bus and us will find us a little trick to eat for the trip. Ben that then, the arms us fall away!
Beyond the professionalism of Hotsun, safari was super, we were lucky enough to see the fives big. , lions want some you in here are, leopards, cheetahs, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, elephants, impala, antelopes, jackals, yens, rhinoceros (super rare) and I go from there!
We shared very good moments with masa whether masa them loan of lake Natron (to be absolutely not so much for the lake itself, which is very pretty but for the breathtaking landscape to get there. You will have a feeling of very strong freedom) that masa them tribe Kilimandjaro (on the Left).
Before leaving obviously we didn't know that we were going to live a unique experience, we had three quotations: two agencies more known and Hotsun.
If we have chooses Hotsun it is not as because it offered the best price (even if it were the most competitive quotation by far) but because Stéphanie was the only one to be able to stir in our heads and to understand exactly what we're looking for. The second reason is that it was a local agency run by a Tanzanian and not by a foreigner.

L'agence Hotsun Safari est une agence à contacter lors d'une recherche sur un voyage en Tanzanie. Vous aurez tous les avantages d'une agence française, grâce à Stéphanie, notre contact direct, ici en France. Très présente, vous avez son téléphone portable et pouvez la joindre très facilement. Ainsi, vous n'aurez pas à régler des sommes exorbitantes à une agence dans votre ville. Stéphanie fait le lien avec l'agence d'Arusha, directement en Tanzanie, nous avons donc eu un intermédiaire en moins. De plus, les conseils qui dépassaient nos questions ont été plus qu'utile !
