Service
bad agency. The safari is made in a car falls often broken down, without roof to protect yourself from the sun and guides are not very communicative.
As for the ascent of the kilimanjaro, they sub-contract in bad guides who do not communicate pasdu all with their guest, the chef is poor, and the team drinks in the evening and does much noise what prevents recovery.
