Since its creation in 2010 by a Swedish tourist, Benjamin Taghavi-, who fell in love with the country, Fair Travel has been characterised by a clear policy: respect for its staff and, in particular, the carriers used to climb Kilimanjaro. Good material conditions and decent wages for employees are the basis for a successful stay for its visitors, because guides like porters have a quiet mind and can focus on their mission: bring tourists to the top of the Kili or Meru or to make them appreciate the wildlife of the national parks.
