Founded in 1860 in Jerusalem, this pastry shop has been so successful that it has opened several stores in the Arab world. Its baklava and other treats dripping with molasses or honey are simply delicious. The brightly lit, surgically clean shops are somewhat intimidating, but the staff will be happy to advise you.
