You wouldn't think of coming to Jordan without tasting the pleasure of a shawarma? This is the most famous address in Amman. It's only a stall on the2nd Circle, but there's always a queue, or almost a queue, no matter what time of day it is. Behind the red-and-white storefront (the name is in Arabic), a team of men is busy taking orders, slicing meat, stuffing sandwiches.
