Rado is the name of the chef. With his partner Triinu, they are at the helm of this bistronomic restaurant where creativity rhymes with seasonality and market cuisine (products from the central market). By the way, don't look for what's on the menu on the website, you won't find it. You'll have to consult the menu board on site, with meat, fish and veggie suggestions. There are various influences: Estonian, Italian and British, especially in the desserts (the chef worked for a long time in the UK). Minimalist yet cosy interior.
