The place bears its name well: obviously this restaurant offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Black Sea. It is a refined establishment. The cuisine and the service are of good quality. On the menu, dishes mainly revolving around the sea, with fresh fish. Good wine list (the white wine in particular, goes perfectly with the dishes of the house). Appetizing desserts too. Friendly atmosphere and varied clientele. Remember to book during the summer period otherwise you will have no chance to get a table. A good address in Varna.

Le cadre est joli, mais la nourriture n'est pas exceptionnelle. Portion petite, et pas forcément savoureux. Mon poisson était tout petit et trop cuit, et mon amie avait pris du poule, portion ridicule ! Les prix sont un peu plus élevés que les autres restaurants. Allez plutôt tester chez El Kapan ou Monkeys, bien meilleur !

Une vue sur mer assez chouette, selon les heures il faut réserver surtout si l'on veut une place en terrasse. Plats créatifs et colorés, service de la plus grande amabilité, assez bon rapport qualité prix.
