A beautiful, well-preserved and very interesting site where you can immerse yourself in the past of the town of Petritch.
5 km northeast of the town of Petritch are the remains of a village from the Hellenic period (probably the ancient town of Petra). They are ramparts and bases of public buildings. Coins dating from the 4th-3rd centuries BC have been discovered here. If you have the opportunity to visit, do not hesitate to do so. It is a beautiful, well-preserved and very interesting site where you can immerse yourself in the past of the supposed city. Stroll around and imagine the life of the period. A fun game to do with the children if they accompany you.
