MUSEUM OF ICONS (МУЗЕЙ ИКОНАТА)

Located in the Rilski Convent, which is one of the oldest buildings in the city (1749), the collection consists mainly of ^19th century icons painted by artists of the Bansko school. You can admire both the beautiful convent and the icons it contains. A double visit always close to the Orthodox religion and a religious art that has crossed the centuries. Not to be missed, and the entrance fee is as always very affordable. Exceptional works.
