FOIRE AUX PANSETTES

The Gerzat festival committee and the town hall have been organising a fair in October for nearly 30 years, which transforms the town of Gerzat into the capital of the pansette! Professional exhibitors under tents, local traders and craftsmen, restaurants to discover the specialty based on sheep's belly, cooked in white wine and similar to the andouille. The festivities are completed by a garage sale, a forum of associations, a funfair, shows and concerts. Tens of thousands of people are expected to attend.
