You will not get too much information at the tourist office in Old Plovdiv, only a city map usually already provided by your hotel and a documentation in English about the museums and municipal historical buildings in the old town. It is better to go to the central tourist offices of the modern city to complete the information. The good news is that the receptionists there speak English and some even have a little French.
