MAISON LUTOV (КЪЩА-ПЕТКО ПЕТКО НА МУЗЕЙ)

Built in 1854 by architects from Plovdiv, this house contains frescoes representing the landscapes of Constantinople, Venice, Alexandria and Cairo, which were part of the roads travelled by merchants in the 19th century. There is an exhibition on the manufacture of felt, with colourful carpets made of non-woven wool. One of the house-museum visits not to be missed as it is one of the most original.
