This is where the people of Pleven come on weekends to enjoy all sorts of activities, around the various watering holes, open-air theaters and walking paths. A statue of the Russian general Totleben, the winner of the 1877 siege, is located here, next to a watering hole and the wine museum. A splendid place to get out of the city and enjoy a nice green space to walk around and enjoy the environment in the Bulgarian way.
