This museum is probably the most picturesque in Pleven. It is housed in a natural cave in Kailaka Park and reproduces the conditions of wine cellars. It contains more than 6,000 bottles of Bulgarian wine, as well as wine from all over the country stored in oak barrels. The wine can be tasted and the whole exhibition is devoted to revealing the specificities of Bugarese wine. It is held by the winemaker Plamen Petkov and was designed by French and Bulgarian architects
