CHOUMEN PLATEAU NATURAL PARK

This park (in Bulgarian: Природен парк "Шуменско плато") offers climbing, mountain biking and ecoroutes to eight monasteries and to the Bobota region. It will appeal to both experienced sportsmen, eager for thrills, and walkers who take their time and want to enjoy the surrounding nature. Although the routes allow you to reach the main points of interest in the region on foot, they are not all well maintained.
