ROMAN FORTRESS SEXAGINTA PRISTA

In Bulgarian: Римска крепост "Сексагинта Приста". Apart from the ruins of this Roman fortress built from the ^1st century AD (a tower, barracks and workshops as well as housing for the Roman legions), you will see tombstones and other rooms with interesting inscriptions. It was destroyed by the Goths in the ^7th century. The guided tour is complete, well conducted, and particularly rewarding.
