MUSEUM OF URBAN LIFE (МУЗЕЙ МУЗЕЙ МУЗЕЙ БИТ)

Near the Baba Tonka museum and the banks of the Danube, there is a beautiful house to discover. In this house, called Calliope, built in 1864, you will discover a permanent exhibition on the way of life in Rousse at the end of the ^19th century and the beginning of the ^20th. Collections of porcelain and glass from the ^19th century are on display, as well as typical interiors from that period. On the first floor, there are frescoes dated 1896. A very nice visit.
