Ruse (Pyce)

A beautiful place with a wonderful view on the Danube. The interior is sublimely and soberly decorated with fluffy benches and lamps hanging over the table (in a very good way, of course...). The cuisine is delicious and varied: fish, seafood, barbecued meats... The welcome is very warm. The prices are quite high for the country, but the view has a price and the dishes are of excellent quality. Not to mention the desserts, as good as their presentation suggests when the plate is served.

This restaurant on the first floor of a traditional building is also a bar and offers a very good value for money. The food is quite simple but really tasty, with fish and seafood specialties, meat dishes in sauce served on a plate, tasty pizzas, typical Bulgarian or Mediterranean starters like vine leaves with rice. Desserts more than appetizing and wonderfully presented. Very pleasant atmosphere, service of even and more or less fast according to the affluence.
