J.J. MURPHY'S

This is Sofia's Irish pub. Open since 1856, J.J. Murphy's is delightfully vintage, all varnished wood with its high chairs arranged around the bar in a semicircle, wooden tables in the rest of the room decorated soberly but with elements that recall Ireland. Here, good beers are served, including the famous Irish Guinness, but also other drinks, of course. Broadcasting of rugby matches in a warm and friendly atmosphere, even festive. St. Patrick's Day, March 17, is not forgotten.
