A table that offers dishes full of freshness executed with refinement. A nice discovery of the local Bulgarian cuisine. We will start with the house salad (fresh vegetables, eggs, 2 local cheeses and cooked ham) or one of the various starters, then we will continue with the famous Bulgarian barbecue and its assortment of meats for two people. Save some room for the local cheeses and the dessert of the day and don't forget to wash down the feast with a good local wine.
