AHAGGAR NATIONAL PARK OFFICE (OPNA)

The Ahaggar National Park was created in 1987 to protect the geological and archaeological wealth as well as the fauna and flora of the incredible massif and its tassilis. The territory is immense and the means are derisory, which explains the low visibility of the administration. From time to time, a guard, a zeriba or a sign remind that the park is supervised but the near absence of information and educational actions leads to certain indelicacy of the tourists.
