Located 2 km from the center of Bou Saada, it is an old mill that belonged to a certain Ferrero. Antoine Ferrero was an Italian born on September 28, 1849 in Carona (Turin), who emigrated to Algeria. He was employed in various flour mills and founded the Ferrero mill in Bou Saada. Of the mill, only ruins remain today but the site is pretty and very photogenic in desert nature. It is a very nice place to stop and walk around, and also to discover the waterfalls nearby.
