This Timimoun-based artist-run centre was founded by Slim with the aim of promoting music from the South and Gnawi culture.

After having created the house of Artists in Taghit, Slim settles in Timimoun, where he pursues his ambition: to promote the musics of the South and in particular the gnawi culture by preserving the traditional techniques of manufacture of instruments while being attached to professionalize the trade. He designs guembri for professional musicians, whose current needs lead him to ingeniously blend tradition with modernity. Slim is also a guide in the region. An instructive and exotic visit for young and old.
