Since 2010, far from busy roads, Hélène Berger Michel has been looking after her garden of wild, fragrant, edible and medicinal plants... These make up the many herbal teas prepared by the hostess, as well as being used for cooking, cake-making and seasoning. Cosmetic oils are also available. During the summer months, the picker organizes tours of her garden, where each plant has found its place, as taught by the principles of permaculture, which preserves and respects the soil.
