On the left of the entrance, at the top of the little hill of Gharf El-Artran which dominates the ruins, you have to visit this museum which has taken place in a former barracks later transformed into prison - if one is not returned by a reluctant team. In the court, statues and stelas; in the beautifully preserved mosaics rooms. Among these very fine works, one of them presents an interesting plan of Hippo as was the city at the time. See also: objects of daily life including lamps, glassware or pottery.

Dans une ancienne caserne / prison .....
cela vaut la peine de visiter le MUSEE D'ANNABA , ne fût-ce que pour les merveilleuses
MOSAIQUES ( moi , c'est une "fixette" , les mosaïques ! !! ! )
et ELLES SONT SUPER
de même que tout le misée : JE RECOMMANDE ! ! !
