Suspension bridge 175 m above the Rhumel, offering fantastic views of the gorge, the town and the Hamma valley.
At 175 m above the Rhumel, the suspension bridge - once frequented by Marshal Juin and Enrico Macias - is 164 m long, almost 6 m wide and weighs 17 tons. Inaugurated in April 1912, at the same time as the Sidi-Rached bridge, it was built over the natural arch between the Boulevard de l'Abîme and the hospital which was previously reached by making a detour via the El-Kantara bridge. From this bridge, the view is fantastic on the gorges, the city and the valley of Hamma.
