The Lalla Setti plateau, south of the town of Tlemcen, is accessible by cable car and offers a breathtaking view.
To the south of the city, the mountains of Tlemcen climb towards two plateaus. On the first one, at 805 m, was built the ancient city of Tlemcen. The second, at 1 025 m, dominates the current city.
You can reach Lalla Setti by cable car, from the Grand Bassin, or the Benzekri high school (downtown) or by the RN 22 which passes by Mansourah and the village of Béni-Boublen or, shortly after this village, by a small road which climbs on the left, you arrive at a koubba which shelters the remains of Lalla Setti, a heroine of the great siege of Tlemcen. From there, we have a very beautiful sight.
