A beautiful establishment in this former bastion of canvas sellers. The Hotel du Nord offers a classic dining room and a map with regional accents. Chief Pascal Mercier makes a point of choosing his products from neighbouring producers. The traditional Auvergne is the perfect place for a fresh cooking, a meal that changes regularly and a few specialties on order (villages, cabbage cabbage, wine…). Above the restaurant, some furnished rooms can serve as a step for a visit of the Sancy.

Une truffade qui ne reste pas sur l’estomac, elle est « légère » et se mange sans faim ! Arrêtez vous si vous passez par là.

Restaurant qui n'a rien de gastronomique mais tout à fait convenable pour une truffade (19 euros). Un cadre bistrot et un service sympathique.
