Le Pré invites you on a journey into nature and a return to the magnificence of meadow produce. Chef Xavier Beaudiment is constantly on the lookout for ways to create "plant walks" with seasonal produce. Each dish is a surprise in the mouth. Having learned from botanist Guy Lalière, he has mastered the use of edible plants, herbs and flowers. The restaurant is renowned for its originality, creativity and warm welcome. The establishment boasts top-of-the-range Relais & Châteaux rooms. It is the only 2-star restaurant in the Puy-de-Dôme region.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end au Pré. Cuisine raffinée et pleine de découvertes, chambre très confortable et personnel aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons très vite avec grand plaisir. Bravo et merci au chef et à toute son équipe.
