FISHERMAN'S WHARFS

In the harbour, just next to Pier 2, this shopping mall, housed in former warehouses built in 1914, offers an interesting collection of objects from daily life up to the 1970s. A good measure of the impressive development of Taiwan and its economic miracle. The shopping centre also houses restaurants, a second-hand bookshop and a small museum on the port of Kaohsiung. Enough for a nice walk along the docks.
