LIU FAMILY STICKY RICE DUMPLINGS

One of Kaohsiung's best-known restaurants, even though it's off-center and doesn't look like much at first glance. Opened by the two Liu sisters, they serve bites of sticky rice and meat, rou zong - typical appetizers that, when put together, fill the belly. This family restaurant has been a resounding success in recent years, to the point where their recipes have been copied across the country, but never equalled.
