HAI-AN ART STREET

In the old centre, this old street is a good example of the urban planning and architecture of old Tainan. As its name suggests, the rue des arts is home to many galleries and studios of local artists, but not only. Much appreciated by the youth of the city, there are also restaurants, tea houses, souvenir shops, etc. Most shops are closed on Mondays. On weekends, the crowds make visiting a bit of a hassle.
