If you have the courage, you can take the small path above the 5th tunnel, up to the ruins of this Shinto temple (600 m up stone stairs). From up there, the view is breathtaking, and peace and quiet guaranteed. Of the original monument, only a few stone pillars and a beautiful traditional Shinto portico remain. Near the shrine, there remains a calligraphic stone, where the faithful deposit their offerings.
