Greeted excellent at check-in, our rooms were not ready, so we went to the pool. The staff came to the pool area with our room keys. Very good service. Every time we were in the lobby always people were friendly and asking if we needed any assistance. The Jeanne general manager came over and talked to us and seemed genuinely interested in our stay.
The standard of the hotel: we expected more from a five star hotel. Many places were worn down or not good finish.

This hotel was centrally located in Old Town Phuket. It was very clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!
