Good location
-No curtains the light through the grass windows. It’s hard to sleep.
No hair dryer
-TV remote control is full of dirt. The bed curtains also. I have to take it down to block the light but it doesn’t matter.
-Many power outlets but not work.
-reach the room with stairs

This is a really characterful, charming guesthouse. It's cosy and quiet, the fountain area is lovely and calming and I love the wooden floors and coloured glass. The location is also really but however it's not without it's problems:

The rooms are tiny so there's no room for you to put your luggage. There are many, many plug sockets but most of them didn't seem to work or only worked when the lights were on.

The most frustrating part was the owners, it's almost impossible to communicate with the son (who must be late 40s), he mumbles quietly in Thai and he would walk past me like I wasn't even there. I needed some laundry doing and it resulting in him coming to my room twice and me even using the Google translate app just to tell him that yes, the laundry is mine. Really bizarre.

The AC was very weak and barely worked and as others have mentioned you can hear almost everything going on in rooms around you.

The rooms were clean and if it wasn't for the creepy, downright weird owner I'd consider staying here again.

Bare-bones room. Bring earplugs: the ceilings and the walls are paper-thin, and the AC is very loud. No safe for valuables. The location is great, but there are better places around

- Phòng nhìn trên hình sáng, đến khi nhận phòng từ hành lang đến trong phòng đều rất tối, đặc biệt là phòng đèn vàng không đủ sáng để trang điểm, khá cũ và có mùi ẩm trong khá là u ám.
- Khi book phòng trên app ghi rõ là Check out lúc 12 giờ.Đến 11 giờ nhân viên bắt buộc mình phải check out vì họ bảo phải check out lúc 11 giờ.

性價比滿分，會再來，我住了3天，

Perfect location, decent rooms if you are looking for just a place to sleep. Got into a really bad argument with the owners because I woke them up for assistance at 9.30pm where in they got angry and slammed the door on my face. Zero amenities, even the bodywash and shampoo is not quite enough for one shower. The owers go out for 2 hours every day in the evening so you won't get any service during that time so that's also inconvenient. On the first day, after we got back, our room door was open and good we didn't have any valuables. The owners are really impatient and they get angry really fast, they are elderly and probably overwhelmed with the amount of work and they don't want to spend on a new hire.

We were here just for a night as we were passing through. The place looks very cute and cosy and very minimalistic. A nice lady greeted us and later on passed us to a guy that showed us to our rooms. No communication was possible. We didn't know about any breakfast. Cleanliness of rooms I would give 5/10 as the bathroom was not very clean. And I know we are in Thailand but I had to kill a cockroach and we had some small fast insects that were all over our snacks that we left on the table.

The most annoying part was when we were checking out. Initially the woman told us we need to pay 500 BAHT for deposit per room for the key (in case we lose it). When we were leaving the two men at reception were very hasty to get our keys and go check the rooms. They come down and show us a picture of a small blood stain on one of the beds (they don't tell us which room or whatsoever) and just proceed to deduct 200 BAHT from one of the rooms' deposit. We were in a hurry but we sent two people of ours to check what that is. They come down and confirm that there is a stain on one of the guy's beds but he had no bleeding and was even shocked because he didn't see anything like that when he was fixing his bed. In the end we couldn't find a solution because they were just giving me the rest of the money and making me sign that they are deducting this.

This was our first night staying in Thailand - what a disappointing experience.

Unfreundlicher Besitzer und Sohn. Die Zimmer sind dunkel und extrem hellhörig sowohl nach innen als auch nach außen. Never ever :-)

Bien placé dans le vieux Phuket malheureusement l'accueil est déplorable a peine un bonjour . Le jour du départ le fils vient nous voir avec une serviette de toilette tâchée en prétendant que c'est la nôtre et nous demande 200 Bath pour le nettoyage !!!!
Bien essayé mais non.

เจ้าของดูแลเอง น่าจะเป็นธุรกิจครอบครัว น่ารัก อบอุ่น โลเคชั่นดีแบบเกินปุยมุ้ย ที่พักสะอาดมาก ดูแลดีมากๆสุดๆ มีแม่บ้านมาทำความสะอาดให้ น้ำแรงมาก แอร์เย็นฉ่าม หลับสบาย

ข้อเสียเดียวคือเป็นพื้นไม้ ทำให้ถ้านอนชั้นล่างจะได้ยินเสียงห้องข้างบนเดินตลอดเวลา ถ้าเป็นคนนอนหลับยากหรือตื่นง่ายอาจจะต้องคิดดีๆ ค่ะ
