This charming place, 10 minutes from Phuket Old Town, is well served by buses. Located in the north-east of the city, this small establishment offers impeccable rooms with a nice decoration. You can make your own breakfast in the kitchen. A recent Bed & Breakfast which is part of the Boutique Guesthouse concept. The atmosphere of the place is really its strong point. The place, in front of the Chillva Market, is a bit noisy until 11 pm.

Good for a couple and their kid.
This villa is smartly designed by the owner (renowned architect here)
Completely equipped property.
Full kitchen setup.
Pros :
Located in a peaceful colony. No disturbances of any kind.
100mtrs from Famous Night Market (Chillva Market) 5pm -11pm.
Clothing stalls, multiple food stalls, live band performances, cafe and clubs.
Lotus Supermarket (one stop solution to almost everything) 500mtrs
McD, KFC, Dunkin, pizza hut and lot more at walking distance.
Rest mostly everything is available.
Cons: No bike/scooter rental nearby. Need to find it in Phuket main town 3km form here.
Book a cab for 200 BHAT.
Owner is very welcoming, remained cooperative through out our stay.
Not only this, being a generous lady, she surprised us in the morning with ordering a full day complimentary meal for us.
She also has other properties like hotel rooms and villas located next to this villa.
Ending : We loved staying in this villa, felt like a home to us.
