This gourmet blend of wine and beer bar and brasserie offers a menu based on seasonal produce. The menu changes regularly, but the classics remain. These include tuna tataki, fresh goat's cheese terrine with tomato confit, veal sweetbreads with morel mushrooms, truffade and homemade desserts by chef Isabelle Bravard.
