Each region has its own speciality concerning this product. Here, you will have the choice between simple recipes and more local proposals. For example, the trout empanadas, very typical in Bariloche (more so than salmon), are a delight. Local products can also be found through the empanada de ciervo and hongos (local mushrooms).
