MUSEO DEL PASADO CUYANO

This museum is a window on the regional history of the provinces of Mendoza, San Juan and La Rioja. You will be able to discover a collection of objects from the colonial period and the beginning of independence. Located in the oldest building in the city, declared a historical monument, the museum occupies sixteen rooms. The exhibitions are well presented and well explained. You can admire period furniture, paintings and religious relics. A library, whose collection amounts to 5,000 volumes, has valuable period archives.
