Rosario's iconic bar-restaurant for rock lovers. Nice decor, composed of costumes of former rock stars (you have to remember who owned what) but also concert posters and guitars hanging on the wall of course. Good cocktails, with and without alcohol, two for one at happy hour in the early evening. Burgers are a big hit. Tex-Mex dishes also available. Of course with rock music in the background.
